My regular eye doctor was injured when I called with a problem so I was referred to Dr. Neal. Dr. Neal and his staff are great. Since this was considered an emergency they gave me an appointment for that afternoon. The doctor explained clearly what was going on with my eye. Even though I am not a regular patient they treated me professionally and with care. I felt very comfortable and they offered their services should I need more care and my doctor is unavailable. I left feeling reassured that if I needed further care they would be happy to assist. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone searching.

I've been a patient here since Dr. Goldberg and have continued with Dr. Neal. He is very easy to talk to and explains changes to my eye sight and answers any questions thoughtfully. Kelly is also always a pleasure to deal with.

Dr. Brett Neal is an incredible Optometrist. I went there for Multifocal lenses issue after eye surgery. He is Knowledgeable, sensitive, informative… I immediately felt at ease – and felt confident in receiving expert advice. I am so glad that Dr. Ayan Chatterjee has recommended Dr Neal group for my eyes issue. He is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of Eye care. I would Highly recommend Dr. Brett Neal to anyone who wants to see a great eye doctor in Pennsylvania !!

I have been going to the Neal Eye Group for years. They are truly a great example of great customer service. Dr. Brett Neal is fabulous. He is concise, knowledgeable, very personable and communicative. He explains your situation and your options. I have been very happy with my experiences there. I've been a patient of Dr. Neal for so long it's hard to imagine if I ever received such high-touch personal service to my eye-care. Dr. Neal's manner is exceptional, and I've worked around doctors my entire career. He is patient and accessible and knows exactly when your treatment might need specialized diagnosis.I guess I am spoiled cause I know that Dr. Neal has saved my vision on more than one occasion.If you are looking for a new eye doctor and live even close to Conshohocken, I wouldn't recommend anyone else. Dr. Neal is the best.
